Conference Center 3.2 New Features
- You can now see your participant's log-in info with a click of the button when you are logged into your Conference Center. This allows you to quickly get participants log-in information for on-demand meetings.
- We have made several improvements to the formatting of our emails in Outlook 2007.
- We have reformatted the invitation and registration confirmation emails to make the audio & Web log-in information prominent to allow users to access their conferences more easily.
- The chairperson will now get an undeliverable notification sent to them so they know which participants did not receive their invitation.
- The chairperson now has the ability to send up to 10,000 email addresses at once from the Conference Center. The previous limit was 2000. This feature is available upon request.
